Rosalind Pio Costa attended Reggio Ginnasio School in Avellino and earned a B.A. in English and Education from Upsula College in East Orange, New Jersey in 1940.

Also, Mrs. Pio Costa is the founder of the Anthony Pio Costa Library in Fairfield, N.J., and the Montville Library, as well as donating the auditorium.

The wide range of Rosalind Pio Costa’s expertise is in Commercial Real Estate and Development, within a Ready-to-Wear Boutique called Chez Mam’selle in Caldwell, and was a teacher of education at Caldwell High School, Caldwell, NJ.
